Creating a predictive model

Use customer data to develop powerful and reliable models that can predict customer behavior, such as offer acceptance, churn rate, credit risk, or other types of behavior.

  1. In the navigation panel of Prediction Studio, click Predictions.
  2. In the header of the Predictions work area, click New > Predictive model.
  3. In the Create predictive model dialog box, enter a Name and select a Business issue for your model.
  4. In the Creation section, click Build new model.
  5. Select a Category and a model Template.
    Note: If a model template that you need is not available, import it. See Importing a project.
  6. Click Start.
