Replying to a message in Pulse

You can reply to a message in Pulse to continue a conversation.

The following guidance applies to case messages, however, you can use Pulse to communicate in other contexts, such as a user or an application.
  1. Open a case by searching for it or by reviewing the worklists and work queues on your dashboard.
  2. Click the Toggle pulse icon.
  3. Find the relevant message in the Pulse conversation.
  4. Optional: To acknowledge the message without sending a reply, click the Like icon.
  5. Click Comment, and then enter your message text.
  6. Optional: Enhance the format or content of your message.
  7. Click Post.

Users are notified of your reply and any attachments that you provide, based on their notification settings.
