Scoring answers in a survey

You can calculate a score for a survey, based on the answers that users provide. By associating each survey with a cumulative score, you can generate metrics and trends for a specific demographic or focus group.

You must purchase a separate license before using survey functionality in your application.

Scores are not supported by individual questions that use the Question shape in a flow.

  1. Click Designer Studio > Case Management > Survey to open the Survey Management landing page.
  2. Click the name of a survey.
  3. Define score values for each question.
    1. Click a question with an answer format, such as picklist, that supports scoring.

    2. In the Scoring section, click the Gear icon.
    3. For each answer in the Value column, enter a score value in the Score field. that your application stores on the clipboard when the user selects a response.
    4. Click Submit.
  4. Click Save survey.
