Notifying operators of work queue activity

You can configure a work queue so that specific operators are notified by email when new work is added to the work queue.

  1. In the Explorer panel, click Records > Organization > Work queue and select the work queue that you want to modify.
  2. On the Work queue tab, in the Contacts field, specify one or more operator IDs that are associated with notifications for this work queue.
    In a flow, your application can call one of the following standard notify activities to use information in this field:
    • Work-NotifyAssignee – Send a notification email to the first contact that you listed.
    • Work-.NotifyAllAssignees – Send a notification email to all contacts that you listed.
