Survey Designer is a tool that you can use to quickly update a survey without having to manage the underlying survey, question page, or question rules. You work in Survey Designer when you open a survey from the Survey Management landing page.
You can use Survey Designer to perform the following tasks:
Updating survey instructions
Validating answers in a survey
Changing the structure of a survey, by adding or removing question pages and different types of questions
Updating a question page or question in a survey
Defining preprocessing for a survey
