Diagram tab on the Flow form

The Diagram tab on the Flow form gives you access to Process Modeler, which you can use to add shapes to a flow diagram. As a best practice, use Process Modeler after a flow is created to incorporate advanced features and functionality that are not supported in Case Designer.

The following tasks are supported in Process Modeler:

• Adding a standard shape to a flow

• Adding an advanced shape to a flow

• Adding connectors to a flow

• Adding annotation to a flow

• Adding a ticket to a flow

• Associating a specification with a shape in a flow

• Configuring swimlanes in a flow

• Conducting probability analysis in a flow

Tip: To create a larger workspace for a flow diagram, collapse the Explorer panel in Designer Studio.
