Overview
A Transportation and Logistics solution built on the Pega Platform to enable LTL (Less than truckload) freight dispatchers to be able to plan & optimize the routes, dispatch the routes to drivers and communicate with drivers in real time. The solution will greatly improve the driver efficiency and reduce the overall delivery cost. The product includes a mobile app (iOS and Android) to be used by drivers to update the status of shipments, capture proof of delivery and communicate with the dispatchers in real time if any exceptions during shipment delivery/pick-up. Route planning and performed by an AI based solution that plans the most efficient routes taking different parameters and constraints into consideration.
