Overview
For organizations using Agile Studio, there is a need to view all upcoming releases of all products for better governance - especially when there are multiple products and releases being worked on simultaneously. APMT provides that enterprise-wide view to manage all products and releases. The key capabilities of the product revolve around intake request management, better governance, decision-making, and resource visibility.
Key Features
- Centralize demand intake: Centralize the demand intake process for the entire enterprise - and bring transparency and end-to-end tracking across business and IT. For a new project, idea, or enhancement, the requestor can raise an intake request. This request can then be approved or rejected by designated members from business and IT. Once the intake request is approved by all, the product is created automatically in Agile Studio. There is also an aging report to view all intake requests and approvers have email capabilities to approve or reject requests.
- Governance & decision-making: Get comprehensive real-time dashboards and reports to get the live health status of current releases and products based on data from Agile Studio. The user can filter reports based on year, quarter, and month. There is also a RAG report for all the upcoming releases. The products and release summary report provides more details about the release for the end user, including user stories, story points, total planned, and total completed. It also provides a completion percentage number for easy tracking. The report can also be exported to Excel for easy reporting.
- Resource visibility: Leadership can look into whether resources are working on multiple projects and understand the hours allocated for each project.
