Question

When we try to build a mobile app using Pega 7 personal edition, we receive the following error "Build failed, Build server is not accessible".

Hi,

We are trying to build a sample mobile application using Pega. When we try to build a mobile app using Pega 7 personal edition, we receive the following error "Build failed, Build server is not accessible".

We inferred that we need to use a licensed Pega to build a mobile app. The Pega Administrator needs to set the configuration into Pega from the licensing info for building a mobile application as mentioned in the following link.

https://pdn.pega.com/sites/pdn.pega.com/files/help_v72/procomhelpmain.htm#mobile/tasks/mob-verifying-pega7-settings-tsk.htm%3FTocPath%3DMobile%7CCustom%2520mobile%2520application%7CBuilding%2520mobile%2520apps%7C_____

Can any one help me how to do these configurations as Pega administrator/Developer.

Hello,

You're right, you do need a licensed Pega software for Pega Mobile. Please work with your Pega Account Executive for this.

Reference: See StephanieLouis reply on this post

You need a Pega Mobile Client license - please work with your Pega account rep to ensure you have the license and then you can get the credentials.
