Pega 7 Report Filters

Hi, I am using Pega 7.2 and have created a report definition with a Filter (I'm pulling from a custom section). The filter allows the user to select a date which filters the results. It works fine in Designer studio when I run it, but in PegaExpress7, the Filter is disabled (readonly). I can't click it. I switched to a Manager role, and then it worked.

Is there a permission required to enable the Report Filter in pega express?

Hi,

A newer version of the Report Viewer is used in the Express portal which is not currently used in Designer Studio or the Manager portal.  Right now in the Express report viewer it is not possible to change the filters of the report.

that is good to know. 

A bit more info.... it was disabled as in grayed out, I could see the filter link, but couldn't click on the filter options, but I am still wondering why, when I changed to a manager role in pegaexpress, they were no longer grayed out and I could select them.
