"No registrant found"

I registered for Pega express and received the confirmation email that my environment is ready (I tried this 3 times)...

However when I go to login to Express, I get the error message "No registrant found..."

My email domain is format @alum.yyy.edu -- that may be causing issue because of 3 part domain. Any suggestions?

We found the issue and are currently working to resolve it.

We believe we have fixed the issue & you should be able to log in at this time.  There is no need to request an additional system, just use any of the systems you previously requested.  Your credentials should provide your access.

 

Please let us know if your issue was resolved.

What IE does it support?

We recommend using the latest browser version if at all possible.

 

It should run okay on IE9 or newer.
