Multiple JVM

Is there any work arround to set multiple JVM`s with in the single Pega Application Server instance regarding the avoid the performace issues(JVM crash,Java out of Memory etc..)?

I dont know about the multiple JVM in single App Server but you can have multiple nodes, so that load will be balanced between the APP Server in each node.

Do you have any document how we can achieve through weblogic also how to maintain sessions between two app servers if one app server down?
