How to use POST method with httpRequestAsynch

I was trying to use post method with the prpc javascript function httpRequestAsynch to pass large amount of data, but it gives some Javascript error. What could be the good workaround for this?

Hi, please provide a copy of the javascript call including parameters and the JS error.

Please note that httpRequestAsync is a IE only implementation which is deprecated in V5.4 in favor of the cross browser connection object. See http://developer.yahoo.com/yui/docs/YAHOO.util.Connect.html for documentation on the AJAX connection object. The root namespace begins with "pega." instead of YAHOO. to avoid name space collision with other script that may utilizing another version of YAHOO UI. The pega. prefixed YUI library is automatically included by the harness document or can be directly included in any stream with desttopwrapperinclude fragment.
