how to unlock

If i have locked all the account including in pega express in then is there is any way to unlock account ??

I think this should be a generic problem across portals in Pega. May be you can try out some settings in SMA.

I think security or system management team can provide more info on this.

You can use the export/import functionality. Export a copy of the Data-Admin-Operator-ID record from another system that you know the password and import the exported RAP using command line utility.

Any chance you know the exact command line syntax on this export/import functionality? And is it db agnostic, ie. does it matter if the db is Oracle or Postgres?
