How to report timeliness on Stages - to track the SLA set on Stage level?

On associating a SLA to stage Assign-Internal instance is created but pxstagelabel and pxstageid are not populated.

We check the Prassign table and the columns are not getting populated . We have tested in Pega 7.1.7 and 7.1.8.

Is this  a bug ?

Is there a OOTB reports to track timeliness for stages as we do it for tasks (Individual Assignments ) ?

Update : This one is pipe lined to be fixed/populated in upcoming ML release.

did the case entered the stage?

please note: SLA triggers when the case enters the stage ...

Hi Phani,

Yes the Stage is triggered and entry in prassign specific to SLA is created only after the stage is entered , but  the Stage specific columns are not populated.

Data transform "NewAssignment" in Assign- class getting called , which populates these properties but expects a param page to contain these parameters .

But the respective parameter are  empty.

There was a plan to store these SLA on pxStageHistory page but not sure when this will be implemented. There are going to be lot of changes for Stage architecture in ML9.

For your report you can probably assign unique SLA names for each Stage and report form pr_assign on pxServiceLevelName. Let us know if this helps or you need additional information on this.

Answer are helpful but I just was curious is this defect in 7.1.8 as these properties pxstagelabel and pxstageid are not getting populated.

Can't say this as defect as this is internal assignment's data but for sure this information should be populated.

I will check and let you know if this is already done.
