How to reply on customer's tweet from Pega CS Application

i am working on pega social media integration and i have created a CS social application for Twitter integration.

i am able to fetch tweets using NLP technique (Data Set, Data flow, Text Analytics) and case is also getting created in Case worker portal but

i am not able to figure out how to send a reply to customer's tweet as i am not getting any type of resources for sending reply to tweet.

Can anybody please provide me with any step-by-step instruction solution for my above issue.

Hi Susan,

But still in the above doc the response part is not mentioned on how to reply to a tweet

can you please provide any other doc or solution for the same.

P.S: any steps for configuring an activity for replying the tweet will also do.

Hii SusanLiu,

i tried the same thing as mentioned in document and various activity as well like CPMReplyToTweet activity by passing pyPublisherId and message to send to user,activity works fine but message is not getting posted back to User.

Can you provide alternative to this or documented steps or any other article will be a great help!!
