Getting Error Unable to open a case using the given inputs: pxObjClass = "Rule-PegaCA-InteractionDriver", pyClassName = "PegaCA-Work-Interaction", pyPurpose = "" while loading the DataPage D_Interaction_Driver

Hi All, I am getting the following error while loading the Data Page D_Interaction_Driver in CRM7.22 Framework in Pega 7.3. Unable to open a case using the given inputs: pxObjClass = "Rule-PegaCA-InteractionDriver", pyClassName = "PegaCA-Work-Interaction", pyPurpose = "" So not able to proceed further. PFA the screenshot of tracer. After the upgrade ECMInteractionDriverPost activity has been updated as follows. 1. Commneted step 3 and added step 4 by adding the datapage D_Interaction_Driver[pyWorkPage.pyID].DriverCategories PFA the screenshot. Please help on this.....

Thanks for posting on PSC.

Looking at the tracer, on step1 of 'CPMPrepareInteractionTaskList' we are doing a obj-open where the 'pyPurpose' should be the driver name. According to error, the parameter is blank in your case.

What is the use case you are doing? Opening an existing Interaction from dashboard?

Are you facing this issue even with 'casysadmin' login?

When I try for second time, the error is not happening. Once the session starts first time only I am getting this issue. If I refresh the portal manually after the first error, the error is not coming.

Can you check in clipboard the value of D_Interaction[Param.InteractionId].CAInteractionDriver value?

What is the value in error scenario and working case?
