Dashboard to display Live day to day performance metrics
Our client wants a LIVE Dashboard to monitor day to day performance metrics and issues like below,
1) Average time to handle a SOAP call
2) Average concurrent users
3) Average number of SOAP calls per sec
4) Idle time to complete each type of process
5) Any error/connectivity issue with other system - notification to process owner in that case
6) Any error within system - notification to process owner in that case
Is there any available OTB Pega feature/tool which will support the requirements and that can be integrated with our current version 7.1.7? please mention if it supports all requirements or partially
