Configuring NLP in Facebook Chatbot Integration

Can some one please explain how to configure NLP in Facebook Chatbot Integration as a response to the user in the chatbot?

Hi Alekhya,

Are you trying to configure rule based NLP or model based NLP?

The rule based NLP can be configure by clicking the edit categories button in the screenshot you've provided. The category should match your create case command. You can then add some keywords to the approximate match category, as shown in the provided screenshot below to trigger the response.

Here I want to mention about Pega NLP rather than Pega NLP Generated. Please check the screenshot I've provided.

How do I make use of sentimental model and intent models decision data to generate the response using NLP?

Right now there is no OOTB way to leverage the sentiment score for your chatbot. You can use Pega NLP and generate a text model using the format in the attached files for your taxonomy and training data to leverage the category returned from the text analysis.
