Question

C# Script in OpenSpan / Pega robotics :: Error in run time :: Script method "< Name of method >" doesn't exist.

Hi Team,

I'm facing an issue while running an automation which has C# script.

This is working perfectly fine in local studio. But after deploying into run time, throwing an error "Script method "<<>>" doesn't exist."

Any thoughts why it's failing on run time.

Thanks.

Hi All,

This is issue is resolved.

We were using studio ver. 8.0.1045 and Run time 8.0.1061.

Upgraded the studio version to same as Run time, that solved the issue.

Thanks.

No idea why its failing. What is the script? and do you have a Runtimelog.txt or screenshot of the full stack exception?

Did you do what was suggested in that post? I can't help much without any more information on the issue other than what you've given me.

I did. Still the error persists. The error is clear in run time, Getting script method not found exception - even though the script works fine in studio.

Thanks.
