Otto, I have one environment where I see this happening and another where its working fine. I suspect this is some sort of FUA/cache issue. Suggest you clear browser cache, clear markers on your Pega server and restart.

Can you perhaps clarify your question a bit more? Commercially to use NBA you need to be licensed for Customer Decision Hub, or applications that include it such as Pega Marketing. Fetching the data from various sources that would go into those...
