Hi, Kindly share the screen shot of the activity in which you have configured the connect FTP. Also, as mentioned above check the test connectivity of the FPT server which you are using in connect FTP.

It is working fine with email@example.com and I made sure pop-ups are not blocked and my application access-group roles are similar to PRPC:ADMINISTRATORS access-group roles but still, I have issue tracing agent on admin studio.
