Hi Antony, We had put some logs in Service File Activity and nothing was logged. We have an environment in AIX where the File Listener is working fine so we did a working session with the Infrastructure Unix developer and requested to delete the Source...
I am unable to remove selected entries in multiselect? Anyone else has come across this issue? so basically the x mark is not there on each oval.

Hi, Thank you for your response. I have noticed that user's old email address still exists in AD. So, when he logs in through LDAP, Pega maps the operator's email address to the old record.
