Not too scary. When using this extension, you just need to be sure the primary page stays locked when your activity wraps up- which could not be the case if you perform commits. Also, you need to make sure you don't modify any value on this...

I fixed it myself: I forgot to add the ruleset in which this service REST and service package were saved to to the application definition.

The existing functions in Pega can be used to convert and display the HTML codes but on comparison it would fail. We used replace all for this requirement.
