Hello, First, regarding the model operator, I believe the answer is no. Do I need one? (Sorry, very new to Pega and followed someone else's instructions to get close to where I am.) Second, I looked at those activities, but how they do things...
The issue was resolved after we fixed the JVM arguments with the correct heap size values. Thanks all.
Hi tiwak1 thanks for you replay, i had find this issue reason, because when flow use it, some situation the null file name was passed to Above activity, so it happened. if pass name correctly, it's works well. thanks all the same. Best Regards.

Does the local path in the rule form has a single quote (') before and after the file path? If so, can you try removing them to see if it makes any difference?
