Have you tested your PDF generating activity standalone manually? For a test, did you try passing a simple html stream "<p>Hello World</p>" as the stream to HTMLtoPDF to see if the PDF is generated? If this works, then you know...

Thanks for your input. I am unable to find iText classes. Is it shipped with Pega or needs to be added externally? What is the quick way to check if its available on the system(I don't have Db access to difficult to check engine tables for classes)

Thanks Kevin for your reply. SAP team insists on using JCo method and we have received the SAP software(jar) and DLL from their end. However from Pega perspective,help and PDN material directs on using Java classes and choosing relevant constructors...

In Pega 7.3.1,I see,the uploaded files are not getting removed from service export directory as soon as attachment is parsed to generate dragDropFileUpload page
