I did not get your usecase can you please elaborate, So far i understood you are clicking on wrapup button and it is taking to wrapup screen and do nothing, the interaction is getting wrapped?

I don't think it will work with just two property as Pega need other values to be mapped. You would need to either provide dummy values or use pr_opertaors table

Hi, I don't think we have anything as such, as once any item fails we change the status that's all. If you want you could probably create a table and copy the data, but again what is the objective here? Since broken items moves to that state...
