When using the command line import, another node is created so it would need to be able to join the cluster with your existing node. The logs should show whether that occurred.

I re-validated the property and re-saved the table instance.But the class is locked and we tried from DB end asking the DBA to rebuild the table.Nothing worked.
Thank you for your answer, I have however found a solution. When installing Pega Platform there is a parameter bypass.udf.generation if set to true it's possible to install without having to instal java in the DB. This is explained in Appendix D...
