The existing functions in Pega can be used to convert and display the HTML codes but on comparison it would fail. We used replace all for this requirement.
Yes, I was passing the data in JSON. However, we have found a solution, instead of calling HandleContainer_v2 we can call to "HandleContainerExecution_V2" and pass the data already structure in the class. Thank you anyway.
You need to import the 3rd party jars into the Pega database, using default Customer as codeset name and 06-01-01 as codeset version and restart the server. This is the runtime classpath, different from that of the compiler classpath.

I'm afraid you will have to expose a custom REST service which the 3rd party software has to send the file to. You will have to handle adding the file to the case as an attachment, on your own, in the service activity. The OOTB shipped Pega REST...
The issue was resolved after we fixed the JVM arguments with the correct heap size values. Thanks all.
