Thanks Marc...the issue was caused due to a Java function used at the property level which triggered this, if there is an extra space in the field. Extra space added by migration.
Actually we had not noticed about that article. Maybe the title article can be more clear. Thus I opened an SR about this and they provided me the possible solutions. The problem is resolved after adding formatNumberScale: "0!important"....
Sorry for inconvenience. I have not added the class " System-Queue-ExecutionRequest-Service-Default " in the access role of the access group used by service package which threw the error and not queued the item. Thanks for the reply anyways...
The existing functions in Pega can be used to convert and display the HTML codes but on comparison it would fail. We used replace all for this requirement.
