Yes I agree. I guess you could do it in your routing activity maybe. Open up the WorkBasket record to check associated operators and then use "addWorkObjectParty" activity then.
Hello, I guess this is coming from a reporting page left on your clipboard. Do you really need it? Maybe you could just try to remove this page to avoid this issue.

Can you please elaborate? We too have the similar exception and a runtime exception but not able to find any missing rule in the exception log.
