This is because of the "Single Document Model"(SDM) in the Case Worker portal. Change this SDM setting to mutliple type as it is done for Case Manager Portal which supports Multiple Document Model.

Ideally if you are using Header screen layouts, this will be fixed. Otherwise you can use custom style to have the section floating. You would probably want to use position attribute to be fixed.

Does the Pega Express is still available? I am following the above link (https://pdn.pega.com/pega-7-express) but appears the following error: "Sorry! The content you are trying to access has been archived"
Hi Nila, Could you elaborate more on the issues you are facing in the trial environment. I see that you were able to login. Also, did you see any error when you tried to view the video? It should just load without any issues. -Vijay
