Regenerating the connector is the way to go unless you want to manually construct the SOAP message contents using a R-O-XML and a lot of other custom code. That being said, you'll probably want to create a separate ruleset for each connector so...

Are all 100 values required by the service? If so, you will need to set all 100 of them on the connector side before invoking the connector. If many of the values have simple defaults, you can set them using a model rule.

Support for WS-Addressing and WS-Security was added for SOAP and dotNet connectors in PRPC 5.5. It is not available for SOAP and dotNet services, although it is in the Integration product backlog for a future release.
