Hi, Along with opening a portal, can we open a case directly on the portal with any parameters? like on click of a URL, i need the mashup should load with the portal and case opened in that. case parameter will be passed through URL.
According to the PegaCall 7.2.1 release notes CTI Link for Aspect is no longer supported. I'm looking to use PegaCall for Aspect on 7.2.2 and at some point on Pega 8 and up.

You definitely need a hotfix, I can see hotfixes available for 7.2.1, 7.2.2, etc. Not 7.2, what exactly is your version? You may need to enter an SR to investigate if your version does not yet have a hotfix yet.
