I found an alternative. The remaining processing of the script (which was to finish the assignment) is triggered by an "OK" button in the section of the local action launched in the overlay. It works as expected.

The issue was resolved after we fixed the JVM arguments with the correct heap size values. Thanks all.
Hi Priyabharathi Yes, this works- many thanks. I did actually try this yesterday, but I think I had a caching issue as it didn't work. After seeing your posting I thought I'd give it another go today and it worked as expected.

That is normal to ensure backward compatibility, i.e., existing rules are still working. You will notice that even fresh installation of Pega 8.2 (even 8.3), you can still see the warning for some service packages.
