The SR for this closed with no response but in this scenario Pega 8.1 was being used to integrate with Robotics. There is currently no version of Robot Manager that has support for Pega 8.1.

You can use an "On change"- "Refresh This Section" on the drop-down. Also, you can set the visibility of the Correspondence rule (based on the option selected in the drop-down field.)
Solved the issue. Pega:ASYNCPROCESSOR needs to have access to the ruleset where the queue processor is created. Thanks Saikat
