You could write an activity that opens the RuleSet Version record, removes the lock and saves it back to the rule database. But you'd probably want to figure out what the exact error is before going forward (check the logs, run the tracer) because...

A is there, too.:-) That said, the handy features to add would be: 1. In the main diff screen, provide me with more precise labeling than "Instance #1 Value" and "Instance #2 value". Give me the rulename and pxUpdateDateTime up top....
