Actually I'm using Windows 7 Professional Service Pack 1 because I had to migrate to this version due to incompatibility with Windows 10. I already reinstalled Pega and unfortunately the issue persist. Thank you.
Hi Andrew, the chat routing algorithm is not configurable. I don't think there are any plans to make it so in the future either. You can reach out through the account team to put in a feedback item for future consideration.
No, i can see the property maxChats, but i can't seem to find the agentqueuebridge table. which class is it found in, maybe i can search for it directly.
I Changed the value for field data-pega-isdeferloaded to true. It works fine. No Duplicate Interaction is getting Created.
