Hi, Have you got the activation confirmation email? If yes, can you check if the operator has been created in the system or not? ID for the new operator will be the email ID of the user. Thanks, Santhosh
Please try and clear any cookies/cache associated with platform-trial6.pegacloud.io to see if it resolved the issue.
