Hi, I tried the same in PRPC V6.1 And the base rule in 01-01-03 was run even though the rule in 01-01-02 was declared as Base Rule.

SHRIKANTP, Check whether OVERRIDES:01-01-01 ruleset is specified in the "Override RuleSets(Special Purpose)" section of Advanced Tab in Application Rule Form.
