Hi, Pega will take server timezone by default unless JVM arguments have been set otherwise. Apparently you can check the locale of the users logged into that also comes into effect if set.

I am not sure if there is any other way to achieve your requirement. On paper the approach you have taken should work. Did you trace the activity with the steps to check if you missed anything?

as per requirement 12PM to 9AM your bot will be in stop state (Added that as first action in above image, "Savings Accounts" is my default workgroup) From 9AM to 11AM it will run by default in default workgroup, there is no special action...

Hi, Is RuleUsageSnapshot agent been running for you? You do not have any of these setting set in prconfig or DSS? Does running the agent manually creates any entry in the DB?

we are facing similar issue with SendEmailNotification activity, when directly execute from designer studio using admin id, it works fine. through agent call same activity fails. pega version 8.2.2

Add click event and call Local Action. In the flow action pre-activity you can call service and once got response you map to the property showing on UI. Then you can see the value pre-selected.
