We were failing because the intermediate certificate was different than the one we had. We added the new one and are now getting data to PDC.
Btw this was actually a pretty easy fix... just change reference section to the desktop one. I do not know why Mobile does not use the same one with Desktop... Masato

Go to the Diagnostic Cloud Menu, System Administration, Manage System Access From there you can restrict an operator to see only specific systems
