Correct CPMInteractionHeader getting called while opening the case. Seems when case is closed wrapper Section cannot find the correct header section because now work object is closed and no reference to it and getting open the OOTB section instead....

No, I case will be created as it is in the CS framework but I need to hide it. Two s-cases will be created depending on the data coming from the other system. The interaction part is already done in the other system and from that system CSR will launch...
