Just checked it in 7.3.1 version. Did a minor version skimming to 01-05-00. Afterwards I was able to delete the ruleset using delete wizard without an issue. Lets wait topicstarter for more info

Hi, You can write report definition on Data-Admin-System-Settings class and you can list down the list where pyRuleseName is XYZ or you can also query on pr_data_admin table. Thanks, Deva
