Pega PDC though is a freesource still it is hosted by Pega. If due to restriction customer data can't be sent out of the organisation how can we use PDC?

Raised SR for this and got reply that Oracle 12C R2 just varies a little from Oracle 12c and should be ideally be compatible with PRPC 6.3 SP1. If at all any issue is faced, can report to Pega team creating a SR for it
