Our issue is resolved. It appears that the deployed package and run time have different version. So we have to update the run time. Thank you.

**Resolved** As said in the above When Rule Param.pyForEachCount == @Utilities.LengthOfPageList(pyWorkPage.PageList). Instead of using "pyForEachCount", I've used "pega_RLindex"; which stores the same value as pyForEachCount....
