@ NoNickName I had faced a similar issue. We noticed that once the assignment was completed, it was no longer present in WorkBasket or WorkList. However, pxFlow in clipboard for that case still showed the assignment. This is why it was still appearing...
This is not about Operator login time. rather this is about login time to chat queue in customer service framework.
Please share the results after running the report definition GetWorkItemsForNewStageConversion by passing the userstory class "PegaProjMgmt-Work-UserStory".
