Thanks for approach you mentioned. Only issue with above approach is when we have large number of records in a spreadsheet, Pega is loading all of them onto clipboard causing issues. Is there a way for us to mention how many records can be loaded to...

pr_other table is a last resort for instances to get stored if it does not have any Data-Admin-DB-Table mapping (https://pdn.pega.com/sites/pdn.pega.com/files/help_v718/procomhelpmain.htm#database/database2/databasetablesbasics.htm?Highlight=pr_other)...
I agree with Afzals comment. But I would recommend one more thing to withdraw the circumstances rule so that it does not create confusion going further.
