Hi, When we place an outbound call, the number should be in E.164 format. +(CountryCode)(phone number) are you facing issue by dialing the number in this format?

The support team says the software needs client mail and the software has trial version but that won't be given directly. Is there anyone faced the same scenario?

Hi, Hit the URL " https://community.pega.com/support " Once you scroll down, you will see below screen click on marked option. You will see list of PDC URL with which you are affiliated. From there you will be able to access your PDC.
