Just checked it in 7.3.1 version. Did a minor version skimming to 01-05-00. Afterwards I was able to delete the ruleset using delete wizard without an issue. Lets wait topicstarter for more info

Hi, Thanks for the response. Please try to configure the locking to Optimistic locking which will avoid opening the service case in new tab rather than in same tab. Regards,

I would check to see if the third pop-up appeared while the second or first was matched. If so, Runtime would be attached to the first one and therefore wouldn't attempt to match the third one. If that is the behavior, then you'd need to...
